We strive to encourage the correct requirements for biodiversity to survive within our farming enterprise. We are now in our sixth year of the Stewardship Scheme. On the majority of our own land we have planted 2 metre strips and on one estate we have planted six metre strips. We always plant six metre strips next to water courses using a mixture of traditional grass species to encourage wildlife.
